Our 2205 duplex stainless steel anode tube is a high-corrosion-resistant collecting electrode module for wet electrostatic precipitators and electric tar precipitators. It is widely used in power plants, steel mills, chemical plants, coking plants, carbon plants, biomass boilers, waste incineration, ceramic kilns, brick kilns and other systems where flue gas contains high humidity, chloride ions, acid mist, tar mist, oil mist or condensable aerosols.

2205 duplex stainless steel combines austenitic and ferritic structures, offering higher yield strength, better chloride corrosion resistance and longer service life than 304 or 316L stainless steel. This makes it especially suitable for WESP systems installed after wet desulfurization, scrubbers or absorption towers, where saturated flue gas may carry chloride salts, acid mist and sticky submicron particles.

• Hexagonal honeycomb anode tube: multiple hexagonal tubes form a compact bundle, improving space utilization and electric field uniformity.

• Grounded collecting electrode: the anode bundle is connected to ground and serves as the precipitation surface for charged particles and mist droplets.

• Cooperation with discharge electrode: a central discharge electrode generates corona discharge, charging PM2.5, acid mist, tar mist, oil mist and aerosols.

• Wet flushing cleaning: circulating water or process liquid washes captured pollutants from the inner tube wall into the drain, preventing tar, salt or dust buildup.
